This web site is intended for use by UK residents aged 18 or over. The information contained within this web site is as clear and as accurate as possible. However, we disclaim warranties that this site is accurate, complete or up to date. The material contained within this web site is subject to change without notice.
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Contract
The following conditions govern all bookings with Alpha Travels, whose registered office is at Alpha Travel Ltd., 32-38 Osborn street, London, E1 6TD, United Kingdom. The conditions vary depending on whether you book a "package" or "flight". Flight Tickets and Package Holidays purchased through Alpha Travels Ltd. plc., will be subject to the terms and conditions of the supplier of your flight / package, whom are fully ATOL and ABTA bonded companies. In some cases the Company will act as a booking agent for other suppliers. www.AlphaTravel.co.uk , may pass on, your credit / debit card and any other essential booking details, to the supplier.

Payments
Full payment for all products, including promotional and offer fares based on foreign currency, is required at the time of booking regardless of the product arrangements being confirmed. In the event that the Company is unable to obtain confirmation and cannot offer an alternative, a refund will be issued. We will not accept any responsibility for any cash sent through the post. We reserve the right to pass on any charges relating to returned cheques and credit card charge backs. Taxes do fluctuate in line with exchange rates and will be recalculated on the day final balance payments are collected. You will be advised if additional monies are due. Payment can be made by Switch / Delta Cards and all major Credit Cards. Www.AlphaTravel.co.uk, reserves the right to charge you in addition for any handling fees incurred by us in relation to bookings made by credit or charge card.

Alterations by you
If, after we have accepted your booking, you wish to change any details of your booking, subject to tour operator / suppliers able to do so, the following charges apply: (Please note that these charges can vary subject to circumstances)

Please note that it is your responsibility to check all your travel related documents upon receiving them. If you fail to do so and there is an error with e.g. confirmation invoice, airline ticket, accommodation voucher, car hire voucher, travel insurance etc. you will be partly held responsible and liable for any extra financial costs or / and penalties / fines incurred.

Cancellation by you
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking; the lead passenger can advise us in writing. The following charges will apply from the date on which notification in writing is received by us, to compensate us, or the tour operator / supplier for the estimated losses and expenses.

Complaints
In an unlikely event that you have a complaint about any aspect of your holiday, and in order that we have the opportunity to investigate any problems, any comments must be made in writing only to us within 28 days of your return to UK. We cannot accept any complaints received outside this period. Please write to Customer Relations, Alpha Travels Ltd. plc., Alpha Travel Ltd., 32-38 Osborn street, London, E1 6TD, United Kingdom, quoting your booking enclosing all necessary documents. We cannot deal with any form of complaint verbally. Please note that if you have a complaint or a problem relating to your booking, you must contact Alpha Travels Ltd. plc. Immediately and we will try to resolve the situation immediately. If you do not contact our office whilst abroad, we will not be liable to compensate subject to circumstances. We cannot accept any form of verbal complaint once you have arrived back in the UK.

Important Note
Any invoice is issued on the basis of the company's terms and conditions. You shall be deemed to have accepted the company's conditions of booking.
PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information
Personal information that you supply while using our web site is collected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The information we collect is used for the purpose of responding to and fulfilling requests for travel products and services.
We will only share this information with authorised service providers.
If you supply us with your postal address online you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed on-line.
When a consumer makes an online purchase the information provided is protected by a secure socket layer and encrypted for added security. The information is only held online whilst the processing of the order is taking place.
When a consumer "saves" or "emails" a performed travel search the only personal information stored is the consumer's email address. This information can be accessed by clicking on "recall". Consumers can ask to see a copy of the information held about them by contacting us at the above address.
