BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions govern all bookings with Alpha Travels,
whose registered office is at Alpha Travel Ltd., 32-38 Osborn
street, London, E1 6TD, United Kingdom. The conditions vary depending
on whether you book a "package" or "flight".
Flight Tickets and Package Holidays purchased through Alpha Travels
Ltd. plc., will be subject to the terms and conditions of the
supplier of your flight / package, whom are fully ATOL and ABTA
bonded companies. In some cases the Company will act as a booking
agent for other suppliers. www.AlphaTravel.co.uk , may pass on,
your credit / debit card and any other essential booking details,
to the supplier.
Full payment for all products, including promotional and offer
fares based on foreign currency, is required at the time of booking
regardless of the product arrangements being confirmed. In the
event that the Company is unable to obtain confirmation and cannot
offer an alternative, a refund will be issued. We will not accept
any responsibility for any cash sent through the post. We reserve
the right to pass on any charges relating to returned cheques
and credit card charge backs. Taxes do fluctuate in line with
exchange rates and will be recalculated on the day final balance
payments are collected. You will be advised if additional monies
are due. Payment can be made by Switch / Delta Cards and all major
Credit Cards. Www.AlphaTravel.co.uk, reserves the right to charge
you in addition for any handling fees incurred by us in relation
to bookings made by credit or charge card.
Alterations by you
If, after we have accepted your booking, you wish to change any
details of your booking, subject to tour operator / suppliers
able to do so, the following charges apply: (Please note that
these charges can vary subject to circumstances)

Please note that it is your responsibility to check all your travel
related documents upon receiving them. If you fail to do so and
there is an error with e.g. confirmation invoice, airline ticket,
accommodation voucher, car hire voucher, travel insurance etc.
you will be partly held responsible and liable for any extra financial
costs or / and penalties / fines incurred.
Cancellation by you
Should you wish to cancel your confirmed booking; the lead passenger
can advise us in writing. The following charges will apply from
the date on which notification in writing is received by us, to
compensate us, or the tour operator / supplier for the estimated
losses and expenses.

of your holiday, and in order that we have the opportunity to
investigate any problems, any comments must be made in writing
